Protected Materials

CoThera materials, including app logic, structure, prompts, questions, instructions, protocols, written content, interface text, and related materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Some CoThera materials are based on or informed by Dr. Michael Ivanov's dissertation work, later publications, workshops, focus groups, and subsequent development of practical relationship tools.

Restrictions

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CoThera materials without explicit written permission.

CoThera may later include copyrighted assessment tools or third-party materials. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only as permitted by law, license, or written permission.

Permitted App Use

Users may access and use CoThera materials only for their intended in-app purpose: structured, self-guided relationship communication and related app functions.

Registration and Ownership

Documentation of copyright registration and related ownership records may be maintained separately by the owner. The presence of a copyright notice is not required for materials to be protected.
